Accounting/Budget, Managing a Business
This advanced course is instructed by VI SBDC State Director John Morosco who will give an introduction to managing small business financials.
Participants will learn financial planning, budgeting, control and auditing, creating financial statements, payroll accounting and terminology and end-of-period reporting procedures for existing businesses.
The presentation includes a Q&A session.
